Independent Community Project

AstralyxPvP is an independently operated community gaming project and online server network. AstralyxPvP is not currently a registered company, corporation, or formal business entity unless otherwise stated in the future.

AstralyxPvP is created and maintained for entertainment, competition, and community purposes.

AstralyxPvP is a project developed under NebulaGames, an independent, hobbyist game development studio.

NebulaGames is not a registered company, corporation, or legal entity at this time and operates as a personal and community-driven creative project.

All NebulaGames projects, including AstralyxPvP, are developed for entertainment and non-commercial purposes unless stated otherwise in the future.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AstralyxPvP, you agree to follow these Terms and all server rules. If you do not agree, you must stop using our servers and services.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Sharing accounts is not allowed unless we explicitly permit it.

3. Rules of Conduct

You may not:

• Use Hacks, Cheats, Bot, Macros or exploit Bugs
• Harass, Threaten, Scam or Discriminate each other
• Spam or Post Illegal Contents
• Advertise other Servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Network
• Interfere with the experience or safety of other players.

Plain language: Be respectful, do not cheat, do not spam, and do not try to break into our servers.

4. Purchases and Virtual Items

All items, ranks, cosmetics, boosters, and any other in-game content on AstralyxPvP are free and have no real-world value.

Virtual items cannot be traded, sold, or exchanged for real money inside or outside of AstralyxPvP.

We may change, remove, or reset in-game content at any time.

Plain language: Everything in the server is for fun only. It has no cash value.

5. Moderation and Bans

Staff may warn, mute, kick, or ban players who break the rules.

Bans may be temporary or permanent depending on the offense.

Attempting to bypass a ban using alternate accounts, VPNs, or other methods may result in stronger punishments.

Plain language: If you break the rules, staff can punish you. Trying to get around a ban can make things worse.

6. Content

You may not upload, post, or share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content on AstralyxPvP.

We may remove any content at any time at our discretion.

Plain language: Do not post harmful or illegal stuff. We can remove content if needed.

7. Privacy

We may collect basic information needed to run the network, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and improve services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

By using AstralyxPvP, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Plain language: We use some data to keep the server safe and working, but we do not sell your info.

8. Disclaimers

AstralyxPvP is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of uptime, performance, or uninterrupted access.

We are not responsible for lost items, lost progress, account misuse, or service interruptions to the extent allowed by law.

Plain language: Sometimes servers have problems, and we are not responsible for every issue that happens.

9. Changes to These Terms

AstralyxPvP may update these Terms at any time.

If you continue using the network after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.

10. No Purchase Policy

AstralyxPvP is completely free to play.

There are no paid ranks, cosmetics, boosters, or virtual items for sale unless we clearly state otherwise in the future.

Any future purchases, if ever offered, will be described separately and clearly.

Because the network is free-to-play, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes do not apply unless a paid service is ever introduced.

Plain language: You can enjoy the server without paying anything.

11. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original content related to AstralyxPvP, including server concepts, gameplay systems, configurations, text, graphics, plugins, scripts, and website content that we created or lawfully licensed, belongs to AstralyxPvP or its respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use our original content without written permission.

If you submit content to AstralyxPvP, you confirm that you have the right to share it.

Plain language: Please do not copy our work or use it without permission.

12. No Gambling or Paid Lotteries

AstralyxPvP does not allow gambling, wagering, paid lotteries, or any game of chance where money or valuable consideration is risked for a prize.

All giveaways, rewards, and events on AstralyxPvP must be free and voluntary.

Any event that could be considered gambling or a paid chance-based activity is not allowed.

Plain language: No betting, no paid raffle-style systems, and no gambling.

13. Age and Permission

If you are under the age required by your local law, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use AstralyxPvP.
