Welcome to AstralyxPvP. By accessing or using our servers, services, or website, you enter into a binding agreement with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — they govern your experience on our network.

Independent Community Project

AstralyxPvP is an independently operated community gaming project and online server network. It is not a registered company, corporation, or formal business entity unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future.

The network exists solely for entertainment, competition, and community — not for commercial gain.

NebulaGames Studio Disclaimer

AstralyxPvP is developed under NebulaGames, an independent hobbyist game development studio. NebulaGames is not a registered company or legal entity — it operates as a personal, community-driven creative project.

All NebulaGames projects, including AstralyxPvP, are built for entertainment purposes unless stated otherwise.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AstralyxPvP, you agree to abide by these Terms and all server rules. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our servers and services.

Plainly: Playing means you accept the rules. If you disagree, don't play.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Account sharing is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by staff.

Plainly: Keep your account info correct and secure. You're responsible for everything done on your account.

3. Rules of Conduct

You may not:

• Use hacks, cheats, bots, macros, or exploit bugs
• Harass, threaten, scam, or discriminate against others
• Spam or post illegal content
• Advertise other servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the network
• Interfere with the experience or safety of other players

Plainly: Play fair, respect others, don't spam, and don't break into things.

4. Virtual Items & Free-to-Play Policy

All items, ranks, cosmetics, boosters, and in-game content on AstralyxPvP are free and hold no real-world monetary value. Virtual items may not be traded, sold, or exchanged for real money — inside or outside the network.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset in-game content and player progress at any time.

As the network is entirely free-to-play, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes do not apply. If paid services are ever introduced, they will be clearly described and governed by separate terms.

Plainly: Everything on the server is free and has no cash value. Since nothing costs money, there's nothing to refund.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Staff may warn, mute, kick, or ban any player found violating these Terms or server rules. Bans may be temporary or permanent at staff discretion.

Attempting to evade a ban — through alternate accounts, VPNs, IP changes, or any other method — will result in escalated penalties, including permanent denial of access.

Plainly: Break the rules and face consequences. Evading a ban only makes it worse.

6. User-Generated Content

You may not upload, post, or share offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content on AstralyxPvP. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Plainly: Don't post harmful or illegal material. We can remove content as needed.

7. Privacy

We may collect basic information necessary to operate the network, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and improve services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

By using AstralyxPvP, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Plainly: We collect some data to keep things running and safe, but we never sell it.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AstralyxPvP is provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees of uptime, performance, or uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for lost items, lost progress, account misuse, or service interruptions to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Plainly: Servers have problems sometimes — we aren't liable for every issue that arises.

9. Changes to These Terms

AstralyxPvP may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the network after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Plainly: We may update these terms. Keep checking back.

10. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original content — including server concepts, gameplay systems, configurations, text, graphics, plugins, scripts, and website content — is owned by AstralyxPvP or its respective licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use our original content without written permission.

If you submit content to AstralyxPvP, you confirm that you have the legal right to share it.

Plainly: Don't copy our work without asking.

11. No Gambling or Paid Lotteries

AstralyxPvP strictly prohibits gambling, wagering, paid lotteries, or any chance-based activity where money or valuable consideration is risked for a prize. All giveaways, rewards, and events must be free and voluntary.

Plainly: No betting, no raffles, no gambling — period.

12. Age & Eligibility

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use AstralyxPvP. By using the network, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Plainly: Make sure you're allowed to use the network where you live.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
